Convert observations to GeoJSON FeatureCollections.

Convert observations to a GeoJSON FeatureCollection.
By default this includes some basic observation attributes as GeoJSON
Feature
properties. Theproperties
argument can be used to override these defaults. Nested values can be accessed with dot notation, for exampletaxon.name
